The first time was around November, when B had expressed craving of what turns out to be his favorite pinoy dish at a pinoy mafia children's party that we had gone to last summer.
And this one I used ribs! And it turned out great! Or just ask B. And as usual, I add a little something that's not in the original recipe! A smidgen of red pepper flakes can brighten any dish! Pinoy or otherwise!
