Mini coffee cake muffin for Baon

I never made any coffee cake before.  Nor do I crave them.  But I was thinking of an easy to pack/carry breakfast item that B can bring up north and I ran into this recipe so I gave it a try...

I was going to have a cup of coffee with it tonight but I didn't want to get in trouble falling asleep.  But I will tomorrow.
