Was That Somewhat Clear Skies?

I want to believe the weather gods heard the screams in my head (the vertigo recurrence likely influenced the screams): can there be some sunshine while we're in Seattle??

Day 1 was cloudy and a bit chilly.  Day 2 was cloudy and chilly with a dash of evening rain.  But ah, the last day B and I were there, Seattle's weather was close to 70, sunny.  Too bad the two Js had to drive back to Spokane.

I'm thinking this is perhaps the balancing of luck after we had a horrible flight delay flying in through a thunderstorm in Dallas.

Now I wonder when does luck tip to my (our) favor with the flight delays in Detroit and Amsterdam?
