Maligayang Pasko!*

While browsing through the shops in the Christkindlmarket in the Daley Plaza downtown, I chanced upon these Christmas "stars" that reminded me of the parols that adorn houses, streetlights, churches and just about anything at Christmastime in the Philippines. For a moment, it felt like home.
